The Mission

To bring attention to -  and G-d willing Justice for  -   James H. Gresham

A 73 year old Southern Black man - soul singer / writer / of the 60's era.  A  Non-Violent - 1st time offender and Decorated Naval Veteran of the Korean War era  -  In The Federal Pen Since 1993.

We would like to thank the office of US Attorney Mr. Gregory Miller in Tallahassee Florida for their willingness to listen to our complaints about the incarceration of James H. Gresham (Jimmy). Special thanks to Mr. Tom Kirwin and his secretary Paula for their attention to this matter. Also US Attorney Mr. Benjamin Beard, the prosecuting attorney of Jimmy - the injustice done to Jimmy was unknowing. Thanks to Mr. Len Register, lead US Attorney in Pensacola.

Another round of thanks to, The Honorable Judge R. Vinson, and his secretary Val. He has shown us much patience as we proceed to "paint an accurate picture" of what was really going on during the trial of Jimmy Gresham.

Our plight is to first identify the "sinister" elements in Jimmy's case, and then, G-d willing, with our meager resources at hand, writing talent (the lack thereof), complete the picture of "justice turned upside down" -  and convey this to these good men.

                                        And they are good men.

** The case officer sat right there at Jimmy's trial, with documents that he had been

in possession of for 10 months prior showing that his "star witness" was lying and

said NOTHING - the same case officer was caught by a US Marshall of having illegal contact with the jury by polling them on a lunch break. - The Opinion of the Court --

He's just an old "Black Man", it don't matter.

Like Jimmy who is convicted - We also have a conviction of heart, soul, and mind - that when the "picture" is complete, they will release James H. Gresham

What Jimmy really needs is a talented lawyer to defend him. One "go round" with a public

defender is not exactly the way to go when seeking justice, as you all well know,

in America.           ---    The Land of the Free

James H. Gresham

Died Marianna US Federal Prison ?

* Jimmy was recently denied on two motions presented to the federal court in Pensacola Florida.

6-12-06

Although they were denied, the Judge seemed to be sympathetic to Jimmy's plight. One could read in his decisions of denial - that his hands were tied. - that Jimmy is in the grips of a huge system that once deployed has a life of it's own.

In those motions -   many US Government documents and evidence were presented showing  * officially sanctioned perjury at his trial in 1993  - but -

it is too late at this juncture {14 years later} to apply.

In light of that we are in the process of a redesign of Jimmy's website to reflect the next round of our commitment to seeing Justice done.

There are many official government documents on this site, if you have a reason to view them - you
will need a password - use the contact button at the top to send us a request to view them.

We have done this in light of the fact that the

Government doesn't "cotton to" having it's dirty little

secrets and  tactics exposed, and the people that they allow to do it - like it even less. Yes, in the pursuit of Justice, one can find themselves as the

meat, or veggie burger if you prefer, in a "strange sandwich".

These documents clearly show that Jimmy was, as one University Law Professor, upon
viewing the documents and searching through his entire repertoire of Latin and Greek only to find them lacking - finally settled on that classic Southern phrase that we all understand and said,

                  --- "he was railroaded" ---
